If a customer requests cancellation after placing the order, the cancellation request will be reviewed.
If cancellation is accepted, the customer will receive 60% to 65% of the total order amount. The remaining amount will be retained towards manufacturing costs, labour charges, design processing, and raw material allocation.
The exact refund amount will depend on the production stage of the order.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
