2. Products and Customization

Our products are custom-made according to selected specifications, including metal type, purity, color, and diamond parameters. While we strive to display our jewelry items as accurately as possible in size, color, and finish, the actual appearance on screen may vary slightly.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized nature, precious metal contents, and bespoke crafting processes of our fine jewelry:

  • **No Refunds:** We enforce a strict **no-refund** policy on all orders. Once a transaction is completed, no refund request will be approved or processed under any circumstances.
  • **No Cancellations:** Orders cannot be cancelled or altered once submitted, as the crafting and raw material allocation starts immediately.
  • **No Returns/Exchanges:** All items are final sale. We do not support returns or exchanges for product changes or buyer remorse.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. 5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of India. You consent that the courts of Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
