At ELLIPS, every jewellery piece is made with great care and attention to quality. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
- Once a product has been delivered to the customer, it cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other non-defective reason.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@ellips.co.in so we can review and assist you.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before production has started.
- Once your order has entered the "In Progress" production stage, it is considered a custom manufacturing order.
- If a customer cancels an order after production has started, only 60% of the total order amount will be refunded. The remaining 40% will be retained to cover production, material, and processing costs.
